WHAT IS A FLOW?

A flow is the logic representation of a conversation. While you can only have a finite number of flows as specified on the plan of your choosing, you can have unlimited amount of conversations of the same flow, directly tied to the allocated conversations of your plan plus any additional conversation your plan may include.

There are two types of flows:

 

  • Static Flows which means that answers to questions your customers ask do not require any kind of processing, dynamic decision making or connection to external systems. These Flows have a flat rate of $10. Each plan includes 50 free Flows as part of the onboarding process and then it’s $10 + TAX per additional flow.
  • Integration Flows which means that answers to questions your customers ask require integration of third party systems and APIs as well as dynamic decision making based on data returned by these systems. Integration Flows have a base fee of $30 + TAX. Depending on the complexity of the Flow and the amount of requests needed to be done to other systems, this fee can be higher. All these fees are dynamic which is why we can’t give a flat fee like the static flows. Our engineers are seasoned professionals with over 5 years of experience building orchestration – integration services, so rest assured that your integration flows will be optimal and fast.

Integration flows require your IT team to have fully developed API endpoints our integration services can connect to and extract information. A series of technical details such as SSL communication between both services as well as other specifications will be made available upon request to make sure communication between your systems and our Smarty Integration Layer is secure and efficient.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Billing cycles end the 25th of each month. You then have 10 days to pay the invoice in your preferred method of payment (bank transfer, online credit card payment). If the invoice is not paid within 10 days of the billing cycle ending, Smarty will stop working and your dashboard will receive an alert that there is a pending invoice to be paid. Don’t worry, we will also send you reminders via email. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE CONVERSATIONS THAN THE ONES OFFERED BY MY PLAN?

All plans come with a finite number of conversations. Should you need more, each plan allows you to have additional conversations, each billed according to the plan you have. If you need more conversations than the extra max allowed conversations, you will have to upgrade to the next tier of service. Smarty offers a maximum of 25k conversations, with bigger plans coming in the near future for companies that need more scaling.

CAN I UPGRADE THE TIER OF SMARTY MID MONTH?

Right now, it is not possible to upgrade the tier of your selected plan. We are working around the clock to be able to offer you a more seamless way to scale up the tier of Smarty and be able to adjust the pricing based on the usage you have done.

WHERE IS MY DATA STORED? IS THE INFORMATION OF MY CUSTOMERS SECURED?

Smartifice Labs is a responsible entity that respects and complies with all data protection and privacy laws. All our infrastructure is extremely secure, using cutting edge technology and industry best practices to keep your and your customer’s information secure. 

HOW DOES THE ONBOARDING PROCESS WORK?

The onboarding process is simple. You sign a contract where we offer you an amazing service and you pay us a standard fee plus taxes monthly, as well as any other applicable fees such as extra conversations based on your selected plan.

Once the contract is signed, a customer rep will contact you to work with you side by side so that we can build the flows you will need. It is important to know that the onboarding process includes a max of 50 static flows for all plans and 5 / 10 API flows for the Business Pro and Business Premium plans respectively.

All additional flows incur in the specified charged above ($10 flat fee for static flows and $30 base fee for the integration flows). Once the flow analysis has been done, Smartifice Labs engineers work to build your agent. Once the agent is done, we implement it on your website and or your Facebook page.

 

Smartifice Chatbot Private Beta
